Delegates gain access to all conference sessions, and a variety of networking events such as coffee breaks, luncheons, a cocktail reception and the evening gala reception.

Increase the visibility of your commpany by inserting your profile in the official Congress Proceedings catalogue (see deadlines below), which will serve as a valuable reference for all participants.

Flights and Accomodation

Flights and hotel rooms are in high demand during the event. We strongly recommend that you make the necessary arrangements for accomodation and airfare as early as possible! Please contact our official travel agent CTMS who can assist with all your travel needs.

Visas
